General Booking Policies

• ✔️ All tour and cab bookings are confirmed only after receiving a 50% advance payment.
• ✔️ The remaining balance must be cleared before trip commencement.
• ✔️ We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, or secure online gateways.
• ✔️ Once hotel or cab booking is done, the package becomes non-refundable.

Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations are not allowed after hotel and vehicle reservations. However, we understand emergencies and may offer rescheduling at our discretion.

• Rescheduling requests should be informed at least 7 days before departure.
• Trip Maker Shaa reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, strikes, or unavoidable circumstances.

Liability & Responsibilities

We act as a travel coordinator and are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party vendors, weather conditions, or natural calamities. Travelers are advised to carry valid identification and travel insurance.

Code of Conduct

• Travelers must maintain respectful behavior with our drivers, guides, and local hosts.
• Trip Maker Shaa reserves the right to discontinue service to guests who engage in illegal or inappropriate activities.

Jurisdiction & Legal Policy
