1. Booking Confirmation: Tour packages, outstation cabs, and taxi services are officially confirmed only upon receiving the mandatory advance payment.
2. Advance Payment Requirement: A minimum of 50% of the total package or cab rental cost must be paid in advance to confirm hotel and vehicle bookings.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Confirmed cab assignments and third-party hotel bookings are strictly non-refundable upon client-side cancellations.
4. Payment Modes: We accept payments via UPI, direct Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT), and official secure payment gateways. The pending balance must be cleared before commencing the journey.
5. Unforeseen Circumstances: Trip Maker Shaa is not responsible for trip interruptions, delays, or route alterations caused by adverse weather, landslides, roadblocks, strikes, or third-party airline delays.
6. Passenger Code of Conduct: Travelers must maintain courteous conduct with chauffeurs and tour coordinators. Illegal or disruptive behavior will result in service termination without refunds.
7. Baggage & Personal Safety: Travelers are solely responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, and valuables. We strongly recommend purchasing domestic travel insurance.
8. Policy Changes: Trip Maker Shaa reserves the right to revise itineraries, pricing, and operating policies without prior intimation.
9. Legal Jurisdiction: All agreements, bookings, and legal matters are strictly governed under Indian jurisdiction with courts situated in New Delhi.
